| The above project, shown in the beginning stages, will be the Ina Bauer move. You can see various skaters performing the Ina Bauer move in the background pictures. I modeled the figure in three pieces, fired the pieces and then assemble them. The piece was painted and mounted on the skate blades. When the resin is added to the base and the wood stained it will be complete. |

| In my latest current project, I have enjoyed a whole new set of challenges. It may be difficult to distinguish between the figures and the supports therefore I encourage you to enlarge the pictures. Working without armatures and making the two figures touch at the correct height and place has proven to be a real trick. For those familiar with the top skaters, this is the last move in Elena and Anton's Olympic program. The picture on the right is a frame from the video of that program and is what I am attempting to create. |
